If it not possible to return your order once received as all orders are created specifically for you.
There is an option once an order has been placed for registered customers to edit their order within 60 minutes for 2 and 5 day orders and 15 minutes for next day orders. After this period orders will be worked upon almost immediately and our systems are highly automated.
